What is DISC?
DISC is a test that allows the interviewer to identify who the candidate belongs to.

DISC theory began to develop in 1928, when Dr. William Moulton Marston described the theory in his book "Emotions of Normal People." The DISC personality classifications used by current assessments derive from the study of Dr. Marston.

According to Marstons DISC theory, human behavior can be classified into four types:

Dominance (D): People in this group are often assertive, strong, confident, agile, aggressive, focused, competitive, result oriented.

Inducement or Influence (I) - This is a group of people who are sociable, open, enthusiastic and persuasive.

Steadiness (S): S type is stable, calm, gentle, listless, dedicated and careful.

Compliance or Cautiousness or Conscientiousness (C): Group I is responsible, clear, logical, disciplined, accurate and serious.

Depending on the personality group the employer will evaluate whether you fit the current position or not? So define your personality carefully to choose the right job for you!
